Return Eligibility
MCCL considers return requests only where an incorrect item was ordered by the business customer or on behalf of its customer. To be considered:
- The return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- The product must remain unopened, with its original packaging and security seals intact.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The customer must contact MCCL and receive return approval before sending or delivering the item.
All requests are subject to review. Meeting the conditions above does not automatically guarantee approval.
How to Request a Return
Contact MCCL at 662-2281 within the applicable seven-day period. Have the invoice or order details available and provide the product name or model number and the reason for the request. Please wait for confirmation from MCCL before arranging a return.
Return Handling
Any exchange, credit, refund, or other remedy for an approved return will be determined by MCCL in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and law. Management should confirm the company’s standard remedy and responsibility for return transport before this policy is published.
HP Product Warranty
Warranty enquiries for applicable HP products are handled through HP Support, subject to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Data Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including business administration, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements.

When contacting HP Support, customers should have relevant product details, the model or serial number where applicable, and proof of purchase available.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty eligibility, coverage periods, exclusions, and available remedies are determined under HP’s applicable warranty terms. Customers should confirm the coverage for their product directly with HP Support. MCCL does not independently determine the outcome of HP warranty claims.
